Click "Transform"

Open the transform menu in the toolbar.

2

Select "Shuffle"

Choose shuffle from the dropdown.

3

URLs Randomized

Your URLs are instantly reordered randomly.

Use cases:

  • Random sampling for testing
  • Avoiding bias in review order
  • Creating varied opening patterns
  • A/B testing different URL sequences

Cannot be undone: Shuffling permanently changes the order. Export a backup first if you need to preserve the original order!

Reverse

Reverses the current order of URLs. Available in both free and Pro versions.

Before:

  1. https://example.com/page1
  2. https://example.com/page2
  3. https://example.com/page3

After:

  1. https://example.com/page3
  2. https://example.com/page2
  3. https://example.com/page1

Use cases:

  • Review URLs in reverse chronological order
  • Start from the end of a list
  • Quickly undo alphabetical sorting (if original order was reverse)

Copy

Copies all URLs to your clipboard. Available in both free and Pro versions.

1

Click "Transform" → "Copy"

Select the copy option from the transform menu.

2

URLs Copied

All URLs are copied to your clipboard (one per line).

3

Paste Anywhere

Paste into any application: Excel, Google Sheets, text editor, email, etc.

Use cases:

  • Quick sharing with team members
  • Pasting into other tools
  • Creating reports
  • Backup in plain text

Pro tip: Combine with filters! Apply a filter first, then copy to get only the filtered URLs.

Clear List

Remove all URLs from the current group. Use with extreme caution!

1

Click "Clear List"

Find the "Clear List" button in the toolbar.

2

Confirm Deletion

A confirmation dialog appears. Confirm that you want to delete all URLs.

Best Practices

Get the most out of sorting and transforming:

✅ Do:

  • Export a backup before major transformations
  • Use alphabetical sorting for reports and presentations
  • Use shuffle for unbiased sampling
  • Combine sorting with filtering for precise results
  • Use copy to share URLs quickly
  • Sort by domain (Pro) for multi-site management

❌ Don't:

  • Clear list without backing up first
  • Shuffle if you need to preserve original order
  • Forget that sorting is permanent (unlike filtering)
  • Over-sort (too many sorts can be confusing)

Troubleshooting

Sort Doesn't Seem to Work

Possible causes:

  • URLs are already in that order
  • Filter is active (only sorted URLs are visible)
  • Browser needs refresh

Solution: Clear filters, refresh the extension, or try a different sort option.

Lost Original Order After Sorting

Possible causes:

  • Sorting is permanent
  • No backup was created

Solution: If you exported a backup, re-import it. Otherwise, the original order cannot be recovered.

Clear List Grayed Out

Possible causes:

  • Group is already empty
  • No URLs in current group

Solution: Add URLs to the group first.
