Tag System

Tags are powerful labels that help you categorize and organize URLs within a group. Think of them as color-coded sticky notes that make it easy to identify, filter, and manage URLs based on their purpose, status, or priority.

Group-specific tags: Tags are created per group, so each group can have its own unique set of tags tailored to that project.

What Are Tags?

Tags are custom labels with colors that you can attach to URLs. They provide visual organization and enable powerful filtering capabilities.

Troubleshooting

Can't Create More Tags

Possible causes:

  • Reached the 2-tag limit (free version)

Solution: Upgrade to Pro for unlimited tags, or delete an existing tag to create a new one.

Tags Not Showing on URLs

Possible causes:

  • Tags weren't saved properly
  • Browser needs refresh
  • Extension needs reload

Solution: Refresh the extension, re-apply tags, or restart your browser.

Lost Tags After Export/Import

Possible causes:

  • Exported as CSV (doesn't include tags)
  • Tags don't exist in target group

Solution: Always export as JSON to preserve tags. Create matching tags in the target group before importing.
